  2. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
    Standard: Tigonis Tile Adhesive Ultra Premium complies with the adhesion requirements of IS 1 5477: 2019 Type 2 — Grey Color.
    Application Areas Interior Floor, Interior Walls ( Upto any height),
    Tile on Tile applications on floor and wall.
    Tile Size Interior and exterior Floor application — Up to any size
    Interior wall application — Up to 5ft by 2.5ft.
    Type of Tile Ceramic, Vitrified tiles, Clay tiles, Marble, Stone, Mosaic, Large Tiles for interior applications, Tiles with porosity less than 3% for all interior applications.
    Bed Thickness Upto 12mm.
    Pack Size 20 kg, 30 kg.

  3. DESCRIPTION
    SURFACE PREPARATION

    ► Clean the surface of dust, dirt, grease, deposits etc.
    ► If applying on old tiles, sand/ chisel and roughen the surface for better bonding.

    ► Lesser surface area material consumption due to inherent properties

  4. MIXING

    ► Mix with water in the ratio 3:1 to form a homogenous easy-to-use mixture.
    ► Hand mixing is possible for smaller quantities upto 4-5 Kgs.
    ► For larger quantities, a mechanical mixer is recommended.

  5. APPLICATION

    ► Spread the mixture to a thickness of 3-6 mm and comb with trowel. Once spread, mount the tiles within 30 minutes.
    ► Once mounted and/or patterned tap the tiles gently and firmly to ensure complete coverage in order to avoid air voids, pockets, gaps and seepage crevices.
    ► Allow tiles to settle for 24 hours before filling joints.
