Tigonis block joining mortar is a high strength adhesive for quick and firm laying of AAC Blocks, fly ash bricks, concrete blocks, etc with thin joints. It’s a factory-mixed mortar made up of cement, graded stones, blended with polymers to deliver high strength and water retention properties even when in thickness of 2 -3 mm.

Pour water in a clean container and then add Tigonis thin bed mortar until the mixture becomes slurry and plastic. Do not over mix. Leave the mix to slake for 5-10 min and re-mix before use. Mix only sufficient quantity of adhesive for immediate need.
- APPLICATION
► The bonding surface should be clean for better bonding.
► Tigonis Thin Bed Mortar may be thinned by adding a maximum of 30% to 35% clean water.
► Apply a uniform layer of 3-4mnn on the clean surface. PO Always use a spirit level or a similar devise to ensure hassle-free evenness and correct alignment.
► Lay the blocks on the level surface by joining the mortar bed.
► Embed each block by properly wiggling and gently pressing with the handle of a trowel.
► After placing the first unit, apply the mixture of same thickness on both sides ensuring it is level. - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
