The company is led by an immensely qualified and experienced team comprising of industry veterans with IIT plus IIM background and having run huge multinationals over the years. Our state of art manufacturing unit is in Amtala, South 24 parganas, West Bengal, which is all set to be India’s first integrated plant manufacturing different cement based and allied products like blocks, cementitious dry mix mortars, construction chemicals and various other paint products and derivatives. BBSPL aims to provide easy one stop solution to all your asset development needs. BBSPL has recently launched their flagship brand TIGONIS in Eastern India.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities

We have established an ISO 18000 state of the art unit in Amtala , Kolkata. It is a fully functional modern facility , which houses all the modern equipments and material handling systems. The plant has enough capacity to supply our premium quality materials throughout eastern India. We follow lean manufacturing practices and excel in Japanese system of production. We are proud to say that our plant is a zero discharge facility with optimum usage of raw materials.

Tigonis puts special emphasis on quality , research and innovation. Our R&D team is robust and comprises industry veterans and PhDs from the chemical industry. Our aim is to come up with fantastic products at economic prices, which can change the dynamic of the modern construction industry.

The range of products in the Innovation Centre include cementitious mortars , paints , adhesives and other construction chemicals.

Apart from this , we keep on developing other manufacturing units throughout Eastern India , so that the entire ecosystem is benefitted ; and establish lean system of manufacturing in these smaller units through our technical team with efficient hand holding.
