Optimized printing speed for
labels with multiple copies
The Barcode Labeler
supports several drawing objects including
text, lines, rectangles, ellipses, and bar
codes. Each of these drawing objects has
full edit capabilities. The draw style,
size, position, and color are some of the
edit properties. In addition, practically
any picture can be imported or exported
onto the label design or linked to the original
file. An object properties box presents
the edit properties to the user and allows
precision sizing and positioning of each
object.
The text or the barcode
field on the label can have the data from
various data sources such as: Static,
Auto Increment/Decrement, External Data
Source, and Date/Time and at print time.
The 'External Data Source' feature allows
you to import, view, and edit information
from the most common databases and allows
your Text and Bar Code objects to retrieve
their source value from an external file.
The additional feature of
Barcode Labeler is that it is capable of
designing bar code labels for a consignment
/ shipment in a warehouse or retail industry
where complete information comes from a
secondary database. The software is capable
of linking the primary and the secondary
database at the time of printing barcode
labels.
The Barcode Labeler has a
special provision for defining the opening
window of the label. This feature minimizes
the number of steps involved in printing
a pre designed label i.e., the user can
set the “Open Label At” option.
